Please note:

• Applications must be made by 5pm on Thursday 31st December 2026 (Late applications will not be considered)
• Applicants must avail themselves of the EBMT early bird price before the 8^th February 2027 (where applicable)
• Applicants must attend the meeting in person
• Applicants must use standard fare travel and reasonably priced accommodation
• Applicants can apply for up to £1,000 per member centre to fund the costs associated with attendance
• Applicants should be of early career grade or student roles up to and including NHS Agenda for Change Band 7
• All applications must be signed and approved by the centre programme director
• All applications must be sent to Julia Lee, Head of Registry at  julia.lee@kcl.ac.uk before or by the deadline for consideration
• Priority will be given to those that have not applied in the previous year
• If our grant round is oversubscribed, we will decide by pulling applicants names out of a hat
