Dear BSBMTCT member,

We hope you are all doing well and having a good Summer so far.

We have been communicating with the Programme Directors from all centres regarding the publication of their centre data for public view. We are still in the initial stages of this process and a dummy report has been sent to all centres for feedback and suggestions. Please do send your thoughts and feedback to julia.lee@kcl.ac.uk by Friday 27th September.

Due to the continuing challenges with the new EBMT registry, the delivery of the 2024 Annual BSBMTCT Executive Summary of Transplant and Cellular Therapy Outcomes in UK_ROI_ A Report for Commissioners_15th_Edn will likely have some further delays. Things may be slightly different this year during this first transition period, and we ask you all to be patient and understanding with the registry team while we work on a solution to deliver our usual high standard reports. The registry team will communicate further what changes may be expected and timelines in due course.

The election and nomination process for the New BSBMTCT President Elect and First Chair of BSBMTCT Complications Sub Committee will begin in September 2024. More communication will follow in the next Bulletin!
